I think I might be pregnant again so soon to having a baby. He is currently 13 weeks old and I'm wanting to start university next September.

I'm so scared Sad
I'd be so ashamed to tell everyone I was pregnant again already, it would be extremely stressful to have another so soon and university would be delayed by another 2 years I imagine. I don't have much money and things aren't amazing with DPSad

I can't wait to have another baby but not so soon!
I'm praying I'm not pregnant, not sure when I can test. I came off my period maybe 2 weeks ago now, so maybe in another 2-3 weeks?

I need some hand holding Sad

Yes I'd say in 2 weeks you should get a result. Hand holding, im sure you're scared but this happened to a close friend and her boys are in the same year at school and are the closest siblings I know they adore each other.

Hope you get the result you want (((hugs)))))

That's made me smile, that's lovely they're so close. If there is a baby my two would be in the same year too probably! DS was 6th September and I was pregnant with him this time last year, so I'm guessing the baby would be August!

I don't believe in abortion myself (not being mean to anyone) it's not something I'd easily choose. So I would have the baby and I think I'd cope just fine, it's just I was set on making a career and a life for us first before another child

If the timing is really that bad, have you considered emergency contraception? Depending on when you think you were at risk, you might still be within the window for a coil.

It was probably 2 weeks ago now and maybe I came off my period 2 and a half weeks ago, any idea if it's a possibility for the coil?

What makes you think you might be pg again?

It's far too early to say. Was it just unprotected sex at the right sort of time?

The coil is effective up to 5 days after, so not an option; sorry.

If it was 2 weeks ago that you had the unprotected sex then you should be able to test fairly soon. When's your next period due?

Rooners- Yes that is what happened, I have been feeling sick a lot but I THINK I have been ill but the sickness still hasn't stopped even though I feel a bit better! Confused

My period is due in 1.5-2 weeks, dreading this so much! I have been having mild period pains but I have a bit of a funny stomach since I've been poorly

MamaPingu, a coil (IUD) can be fitted as emergency contraception up to and including 5 days after the probable date of ovulation, regardless of when unprotected sex took place during the cycle. In a typical 28 day cycle, ovulation usually occurs on day 14, so an IUD can be fitted up to and including day 19. Day 1 of the cycle is the first day of your last period, so if you're certain of the date of your last period, you could calculate whether you're still within that time limit, and if so an emergency IUD could still be an option.
