Had MIrena coil fitted almost a year ago, it took six months of bleeding, spotting but since May have had nothing so was happy, BUT the last 2 weeks Iv started to bleed again and don't know why, feel abit cheated as thought I was on a blood free path now, so to speak 
originally had it fitted to stop heavy periods, I'm 47...anyone had this? Bleeding after a year or so? From day 1 Iv never been able to feel the strings so Dr checked it out and said all was well, but this was a year ago, bit fed up now
