it might aswell have a massive hole right through the middle of it! it's useless and catches precisely nothing. I've been trying for over a year to get it right and it just doesn't work.

i don't want to waste more money on different cups if they're just going to be the same. i was thinking of getting a set of jam sponges. does anyone use them?

Sponge, as in the contraceptive sponge? They have quite a high failure rate, especially if you've previously has a child (they're not fitted, so sizing can be a problem which leaves them ineffective)

Or did you mean this for a different forum?

Ah no i mean the menstrual sponges called jam sponge. I just couldnt find another forum where it seemed right to put it.
