light bleeding every day while on the pill

I went back on the pill about 3 months ago and for the last 3 weeks or so I have had daily bleeding. Nothing major, one tampon lasts all day and I don't use anything at night.
Should i be concerned do you think? It's a PITA but I'm wondering if i just need to give it some time to settle down. I'd been off the pill for about 4 years.

I got this while I was on the mini pill. Went back to docs who said "oh by the way, would it be a disaster if you got pregnant?"

He seemed to imply the pill might not be working properly, god knows if there was any truth in it, he did tend to get stuff wrong.

But I changed pills sharpish.
