Could I be pregnant?

I have done 3 tests all have come back negative..
I have very sore boobs, strange tingling feelings in my tummy, nausea just no sickness

I had a 2 day period which normally is 5 days and it appeared the blood looked old, that was a week and half ago?
I'm am 23 and have a 3 year old, I am on the pill and have been very cautious on taking it, as we are saving up for our mortgage deposit..
I find my GP is very rude and I'm worried to go doctors as she is very intimidating!
I need to talk as I don't know if I'm panicking myself?
As with my first born I had the same symptoms just I went off foods at a early stage..

I would bet a month's wages that you aren't pregnant. If three recent tests have been negative, thethere is no HCG in your body to be causing pregnancy symptoms. Any symptoms you have are either psychosomatic or due to another cause.

No I am actually relieved as my blood came back negitive, the Doctor belived the cause is down to either my contraceptive or pms however not due for another fortnight, never had sore breasts or cramps before and as soon as you type those two into google every page is early pregnancy symptoms LOL
Least both my husband and I now know just hoping the sore breasts go away and very uncomfortable
