Morning after pill - shd I take it?

Dh and I had a split condom last night. I have been so busy with work (and could not get to pharmacy today due to flat tyre on car! Got a busy day tomorrow too : o )) and wondering if I should take the morning after pill or not. I am 42 and had fertility problems so had ivf for ds1. But went on to have 2 other children naturally. I am 95 per cent sure I don't want any more due to cost and the fact I had a high downs risk and a crappy c section. Had 3 c sections now. I feel I am really unlikely to conceive due to age and the probs I had (one blocked tube, peri menopausal hormone levels and it was nearly 2 years before I conceived naturally).... But there's just that little element of doubt as was mid month! Any other similar stories??

If you don't want any more children then no matter how busy you are tomorrow, your priority is taking the MAP. Nobody else's stories, similar or otherwise are any help to you in making your decision and neither is your age and fertility history relevant, as you could still become pregnant no matter how old you are or what fertility issues you have had in the past. But you know this Smile

Do it. Not worth the risk.
