I have PCOS but over the last seven/eight years AF has been very regular (just turned 40). Haven't used any contraception for about twenty years. But this month AF was about ten days late - came on today just while I was starting to think I might have to POAS. I have a really really crampy sore tummy but very light mucusy period. Felt faint this morning too and really sick which is really unusual.
Could this be the start of the menopause???
