Period lasted a morning???

Hi,
Yesterday morning when I woke I was bleeding, not a huge amount, but quite heavy for the start of my period, it normally comes slower then that. Then I haven't had any bleeding since? I'm very confused because since the birth of my daughter I've always had very heavy periods.
Has anyone else had this?

Could it be an implantation bleed? i.e. could you be pregnant?

sounds like pregnancy to me...
