Mirena on Thurs, still cramping

Had coil fitted on Thurs, unpleasant going in, but no real pain. Had niggling twinges on and off for rest of day, but then fine. Last night it started aching, like a period pain, had to have a hot water bottle for bed. Is still the same now, and with lower back pain too. Normal? Or out of hours GP?

Mine hurt for the first two days and then calmed down from the 3rd day onwards.
What you describe doesn't sound like too much to worry about, but you can call the GP if you're really not happy about it.

I felt bruised and crampy for about 3 days. Check whether you can feel the strings, if you can, it's in the right place. Hope you feel better soon x
