I have recently had a baby(11 weeks old) and I originally went on the mini pill. I am now having a suspected miscarriage(waiting for blood tests) so it hasn't worked.

I am breastfeeding so needs to be BF friendly. I do not want to take the mini pill or have a coil fitted. The thought of the coil freaks me out.

I am really worried about the injection as I read it is just the same stuff as the mini pill but in an injection instead.

I was always on the combined pill and had no problems at all. But obviously can't use it while BF.

I really do not want to have to use condoms with DH as they are horrid.

Thanks.

have you considered the implant it goes in your arm and last for 3 years (but you can have it out before then if you wish) it won't affect BF I've used this between children and have it now. I highly recommend it

The fpa have an online tool for helping people make these decisions here it sounds like you have eliminated most methods, so good luck finding one which is the least worst!

Congratulations btw Torch

Another vote here for the implant, very reliable and you don't have to think about it once it's there, having it put in very straightforward, just some bruising for a few days after.

I loved the implant - had to have it out because I developed new aura with my usual migraines Hmm

The only one I would advise against is the jab - fell pregnant on it and mc'd Sad
