Coil consultation today

Which one is better? Minera or copper? I do get quite bad pms and have history of depression so don't want to aggravate that if possible.

Probably too late for advice but I have a mirena coil. Didn't change PMS either way, made periods a LOT lighter but took about 6 months for my body to settle into a proper routine with it and still get occasional spotting. HTH
