Does any one get bad hips before there period

Most probably the wrong section, but need some reassurance.

I have always had painfull periods so bad that at 13 years of age I was on the pill to control them, since I have had 2 dc they have gone a little better.

But since having my dd 32 months ago that time of the month I get lower back pain and pains in my hips

I get it, ever since I had SPD with DD2. It is easing off a bit now though - I no longer get a proper limp, just stiffness,

No, I had it too inbetween pregnancies. Bloomin SPD has a lot to answer for!

Me too, also had SPD.

I did in face have some light SPD type symptoms around my period pre-DC but didn't know what it was. Much worse now. Damn awful some months.
