I had my baby 7 weeks ago. Am EBF.

I stopped bleeding after 3 weeks, and we started having sex again using withdrawal and breastfeeding as contraceptives. Yes, yes I know.

2 weeks after I stopped bleeding I had another fresh bleed - not a lot, but more than spotting - for around 4 days. I got checked by the dr who said it was still post partum bleeding. I still get afterpain sensations when I'm feeding - which I figured was still my uterus shrinking down.

I have been extraordinarily tired. But I have a 7 week old and I'm anaemic. This morning I have woken up with agonising pains in my hips. I've had spd with both my other pregnancies, and sore hips was the first pregnancy symptom I had with my second child.

I need to do a pregnancy test, don't I? I'm trying to convince myself I'm being daft, and I probably am. I hope. Fuck.

I am pretty sure it's nothing, don't worry. I was also paranoid for quite a few months and we also did ebf and withdrawal. I think it's just the shock of pregnancy and labour and not being prepared to go through it again so soon after. It's just your head messing with you, you'll be fine!

Do a test just to check.
I feel so much better im not the only one who did ebf and withdrawal i felt so stupid afterwards wanted to be carful but didnt want to take any pill etc incase of entering breast milk.
