No withdrawal bleed on Cilest pill?

Hi,

I've been on the pill for nearly 20 years apart from when I conceived my 2 dss. Every time, without fail, when I stop for the weeks break of pills I have bled.... until this month. Finished the last pill last Friday and would normally start bleeding Sun/Mon but have had absolutely nothing.

I took a pregnancy test on Wednesday morning, as I was worried, which was negative. Is it possible that I took it to early? I had my sons so long ago I can't remember when I tested.

Starting to panic now... what else could cause me not to have the withdrawal bleed?
