Microgynon/thrush?

I have recenctly changed from the mini pill over to Microgynon 30, and before i even finished the first pack i have developed thrush, the only other time i have had thrush is when pregnant.
Do you think this could be linked to Micrigynon? googled and it is listed as a side effect on a few sites but it is not listed in the leaflet. I dont think there has been any other changes that could have caused this.

Pretty sure my GP once told me thrush can come along while on Microgynon. I'm on it right now. Had thrush joy of joys, although not a regular thing. Don't know why it isn't mentioned on the leaflet, unless it hasn't been confirmed as a side effect.
