Just a bit of advice needed please and reassurance that I am not pregnant.
I am 5 months post natal and have just had a bit of sporadic bleeding then one full period last month. Before I got pregnant I was on the pill so had a regular cycle but if my periods were going to become regular I would be looking at being 5 days late iyswim. We have only had sex once since DS was born and that was on the 16th Oct but used a condom.
How have other peoples periods returned after childbirth? Is this normal or should I be worried?
