TTC after miscarriage

Hi,

Dh and I have 1 child (3 year old girl) and decided to TTC #2. We fell pregnant the first month but, unfortunately, it was not meant to be and we had a miscarriage last week with surgical management.

Physically the doctors recommended we wait for three months, although they said we could try after I've had a period.

How long did you wait to try again? Emotionally were you ok? I'm worried about getting pregnant and it happening again :(

I got pg without a period in between, not exactly trying to make happen that way tbh I realised I hadn't had one so took a test . My understanding is they like you to have one because it's easier for dating, it certainly affected mine.

Yes it has been a worrying time but I am now 7 mths so hopefully if anything did go to start wrong the odds are better. You do have to try and put it out of your mind,
