I have a problem.
After havingdd 5 months ago at the 6 week check i asked to be put back on Cerezette, the gp said i should talk to the nurse about the implant.
I booked an appointment for a couple of days later, in said app the nurse tried to talk me into the implant, i wasnt sure so she got the female gp to talk to me too. In the end i left with advice to go back for the implant, which i was still not sure on, when my period was next due.
I feel unable to go back as it will be the same nurse, to ask for Cerezette again, i dont want the implant as i get migraines and cerezette seemed to of helped them.
I have found myself 4 months on having unprotected sex, except for condoms, and having a migraine every month due to periods.
Can I go anywhere else to get the pill, or is family planning a one of then go to your gp kind of place Confused

GUM clinic
Walk in centre
Different GP in the practice

Different GP practice if they're not listening to you properly? After all this is a straightforward non-emergency appointment (ie you're not actually sick)- what if they were dismissive of your views on something more serious? Could you approach them for something like that after this episode if you needed to?

I am currently awaiting a move, so dont know where ill be living, so will be moving from the gp practise soon.
I have had a good repore (sp?) with some of the gp's there but never seem to get an app with them.
Will look into the family planning, cheers
