I started on this pill about 9 months ago and have had regular periods the whole time I've been on it.
Unfortunately I seem to be one of those people that nothing seems to stop their periods!

I've been on it since just before Christmas, after they ran out of Cerazette.

Haven't had a period yet.

I took it for six weeks before getting the implant in. I got my period exactly when it was due and it was a bloody annoying one because it lasted 7 and a bit days instead of my usual 4 and a bit. I think I bled the same amount overall as I usually would but it was spotty for a few days and then a bit more like normal then spotty again etc. I was also quite emotional while I was on even though I don't normally get PMS symptoms. I'm on what should be my period week for the first time on the implant and it's really annoying because the whole time I should have been on I've felt like I'm on except for the bleeding e.g. crampy etc and I have a feeling this is going to last until I do actually get a period. Careful what you wish for in terms of your period stopping. The other thing I have with the implant is that I've had pretty much zero sex drive since about three days after having it in.
