Periods after taking Morning After Pill

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with the MAP. I took it 22nd January, right in the middle of my cycle and had a lightish period the following week. I know it is normal for the next period to come early after taking the MAP. I have started bleeding today and feel like I am having another period (slightly crampy etc). If I had not taken MAP, my period would have been due the middle of last week (7th/8th/9th Feb - hard to say as periods are sometime between 28-35 days!). Just wondering about other people's experiences!! Can I expect my cycle to be a bit erratic for a while??

My period came on 7 days after taking morning after pill. But I didn't have any periods yet as had only just stopped breast feeding. I then went on the pill so don't know how my cycle would have been. But it definetely brought on a period.

Last time I took the morning after pill my periods were a mess for about six months. I had painful, irregular periods until I was about 21 but since then they've been pretty regular and not too painful - the morning after pill knocked me back to how I was as a teenager.
