My 10 and a half year old son wants to cycle to school. As its about 20years since I have been on a bike I think we should both take lessons! Does anyone know of any group lessons locally?

will your DS be doing cycling proficiency this year? (My DS did in year 6, DN did in Yr 5)

You could volunteer as a parent helper, and pick up tips while helping?

check your highway code too for the cyclist section.

Do you have any off-road cycle paths nearby where you could go together to get back into the swing of it relatively safely.

BTW this is all theoretical advice. I only have to sit on a bike and I have a panic attack
