Setting auntie traditions

Hi all, I'm looking after my nieces for the first time soon (8/11) - I'd love to start some traditions with them that are 'ours' - wondered if anyone had any cool ideas? I'm very nature / science / environment focussed, and creative - so possibly something along those lines. Otherwise, just fun traditions we can start up. Any ideas welcome :)

Can you take them on a camping trip to a super basic campsite and let them stay up late and do some star gazing or a moonlight walk?

Yes, that's a lovely idea and one I'd love to do with them (went camping to a 'wild' site on Friday and was chatting about it with my friend) - I think I need to be a bit less ambitious for the first time, but it's certainly going on the list. Thanks! 🙏

Camping out in your garden if you have one ?

Or even making a den in your living room to all 'camp' in ?
