As per title, son has his first swim gala on Sunday so looking forward to any tips on what to bring, etc. thanks

Water/squash in a bottle, snacks (fruit, cheese, pasta salad, sushi, nuts - not sweets), spare goggles, spare hat, swimsuit/trunks, spare towel/jumper/T-shirt for poolside and crocs/flip-flops
