Boys Brigade Hat

I'm hoping the power of Mumsnet can help me out here!

DS(9) has joined our local BB company but I cannot get a hold of a hat anywhere!

Can anyone please point me in the right direction as it doesn't look like their website will have any in anytime soon.

Do they definitely need it? I've not seen our company wear hats and I've been in our church 20 years. If they do, maybe they pass them on when they leave, so ask the captain bif there are any second hand.

Yeah, it's part of the official uniform but they understand how difficult it is to get hats. I'm hoping if I can't find one I can find some kind of pattern and make one.
