Modelling whilst doing GCSE's

My daughter is in Year 11 and doing her GCSE's soon. Is it a good idea if she does modelling? I'm worried she will have to miss school and that it might affect her education. Is it worth waiting and doing it during her A-Levels?

Has she been scouted?

For the sake of a few months wait. Is she registered with a decent agency? Would her school even allow her time off at short notice?

Public examinations are one of the few legitimate reasons that a child licence can be refused for modelling/acting.

id wait until after the last Friday in June when she won’t need a licence.

She’s highly unlikely to be able to do it without missing significant chunks of school. DS was out of school a lot. It will interfere with exams

Why is it even being considered?

Not really sure how interfering with her Alevels would be tolerable either. Odd logic.
