Just a bit of info that I thought might help other clarinet players. I took dd to service her clarinet and upgrade her mouthpiece. I was so surprised by the difference between them, we tried 5. One she couldn’t get a note out of and one other she really struggled with.
The one we chose produces such a great sound- much less breathy, so much better than her old one.
I was unsure about doing this but I’m so glad I did and would really recommend it. It makes sense to do as everyone has a slightly different embrochure (if that’s the right word) or mouth shape if not!
