App for Transposing Music

Does anyone know of an app that can be used to scan sheet music and transpose it to a higher or lower key? Happy to pay if there’s something reliable out there, but I can’t find anything that does this. Thanks!

I have never come across anything like what you are describing - if it's too challenging to transpose by sight you would transcribe it onto Sibelius and change the key there.

The app Musicnotes is popular and very reliable. You buy the individual piece and can transpose to the new key in the app itself.

Musescore can transpose as well. It does claim to have a scanning function but I've never tried that, might just have to input the music. The music you want might already be on the website though. Or somewhere else on the internet in the key you want.

Thank you everyone. I’ll have a look at all those suggestions - and no, I’m a fully grown adult, it’s not to cheat at homework! I just want something that can do it quicker than I can! I found an app that can scan music and then play it in a transposed key, but I want something where I can print out the transposed music.

I’ve tried Playscore2 MuseScore and Music Scanner but no luck so far. All on phone though and I don’t know if being on a desktop would be different? There is a transpose bit on the PlayScore2 app but it is greyed out - can’t figure out why?
