Wow this is a convoluted system. It took us over an hour to get into the exam and required at least 30 mins to tech support to get it all running.

Is it known to be difficult? I'm fairly tech savvy and even watched the insanely boring videos (where's a nice paper manual with an index when you need it) but I couldn't fathom what we were doing wrong.

Turned out to be a glitch that the system didn't recognise that we had closed down all applications. It took a long time to figure out.

It shouldn't be so hard.

Yup, we had a glitch too with it not recognizing that, had to get the online help. It all ended up fine though.

I am furious with this antiquated system! Tech glitch on two separate days, hours of phoning and online chat, totally hopeless, have asked for full refund and I will be changing all my pupils to LCM from now on, ABRSM are living in the dark ages!

Oh dear, this doesn't sound good - both of my kids need to take their theory in the next few months!
