Can anyone advise on guidelines for chaperone rates for a residential weekend?
I work for a performing arts group and we pay an hourly rate to our chaperones for events (max. 4-5 hours at a time). We're planning - for the first time - a residential weekend which will be 2 overnights / 48 hours in total. I want to make sure we put a fair rate in the budget.
I've Googled and found very little of help!
