Is anyone else having difficulty submitting this? We get up to exactly 42% upload each time and then get frozen.

I have checked format is correct, file size not too big but am getting nowhere. Am trying to upload from an iPhone 7.

No reply to email. I’m guessing that it’s still holidays so no one around.

Any magical tips???!!!

Can you email by we transfer or upload to YouTube unlisted channel and send link? Or plug phone into computer and do from there plugged in connection maybe better. It's so stressful, hope you get it sorted.

Hi horseymum,

We got there in the end!

I emailed a MASSIVE file to myself from the tablet and then uploaded with wired internet. The files are just too big to cope with WiFi.

I also waited until 10pm when less demand on the network. It still took about 30 mins.

Junior Guildhall auditions upload took about 90 mins last year. You are correct, super stressful. My DD even said she’d rather do an in person audition than the stress of trying to upload online!!!!
