ABRSM - moderation delay?

The DC did ABRSM exams a couple of weeks ago - one result came through quickly and one still hasn’t. Same day/venue/examiner. Does that mean the result that hasn’t come through is borderline and is being moderated? And how long should we expect to wait for it, if so?

If it's being moderated, it might be down to qualify control, or checking that what's been written is appropriate.

It’s a bit awkward as it’s dd2’s first exam, and dd1 got her results back and racked up yet another distinction. I’m worried about denting dd2’s confidence - it’s hard to have a big sister who’s always three years ahead of you and so is better at everything.
