Trinity digital exams as an alternative

Trinity have just cancelled face to face exams until 31 December. There is a digital alternative - has anyone used it yet? Could you comment on how easy/user friendly it was? My DS is at an expensive independent school and they don't want to be involved with the digital exam (whereas face to face they have organised exams for years, including the accompanist). Anyone at a forward thinking independent school that are going to video the children in front of the accompanist for the purpose of the digital exam? The music departments are not able to do the orchestras/concerts etc this year so wondering whether I should ask why they are not helping with the digital exam.

I know a few children who've attempted the video exams and the general feedback has been that it's something of a nightmare. Unlike in a live exam scenario which is a one-take situation, players are putting themselves under enormous pressure to record a perfect performance simply because they can keep recording. There's also the issue of the recording equipment and venue acoustics not doing justice to the sound of some instruments as well as the recording needing to be a single block of continuous filming i.e.. no editing. Some of those probably matter less for grade 1 than for grade 8.
