LAMDA exams

Hello! DD is taking her first ever LAMDA exam today. We have done lots of music exams, but are new to LAMDA. Just wondering how long the results are likely to take?? Thanks!

Dd does Lamda exams at school. They take a lot longer than music exams (months like dance exams). However that might just be DD's school

Forever!

It’s supposed to be 6 weeks but they are the most frustrating exam board to deal with administratively. Lamda teachers are tearing their hair out with them.

The longest I waited was 9 weeks.

Lamda take forever! Even longer than RAD which is quite an achievement!

It is just over 5 weeks at the moment DD took hers on the 18/3 and results arrived on 23/4. I understand they are very, very busy at the moment schools who have not already booked exam slots for the summer or autumn are unlikely to get anything before December only the centres have availability at least in the south. So we will troop of to Swindon in July for Musical Theatre and again in December for Acting.
