Hello. I am chair of a PTA. One of our members has a history of upsetting others in the PTA in various ways, mostly by being unkind in the way that they speak to others. She is however a hard worker and always does everything to the best of her abilities. I have a difference of opinion with the vice chair who should speak to her about this. My question is who's is responsible for talking to her about this myself or the head teacher.

Someone in the PTA. Not the heads tile.
