Taekwondo grading

Anyone else DC do TKD? DS just had green belt grading and he seemed to struggle with the sparring element

Do they do regular sparring practice in class?

Typical session is warm up, pattern, moves, some games and sparring in sparring kit. Not seen much 3 step sparring practice.

Any area sparring sessions about?

Not sure? There's another grading in December so he'll have another chance if not passed this one. Currently trying to remove stains from his dobok. Knees are still stained even though used Vanish

Ah the stains! I have been tempted to buy a training and a grading dobok!
