Sorry to start another thread but thought this may get a few more responses.

Ok which Ave Maria do you prefer, consider the best and why?
Would you choose one over the other for a wedding, and what would you choose for a concert?

Schubert I think but the Bach/Gounod is marvellous too.

Depends on the singer. I think the Schubert takes a really well trained adult voice. The Bach can work with a younger singer.
