I managed 1k swimming in the sea on the mornings when it wasn’t too rough and we walked enough to top 10000 paces by mid afternoon most days. Added 4.5k swimming.
Also Pilates where I felt a bit inadequate due to the other woman on the course looking like a film star or model.
