Anyone up for some Fit February after Red January

Determined to keep some momentum
Not sure I'll manage something every day but want to keep up my half marathon training and need to get back in the gym for some toning and strength work
Think I might use this thread a bit like the red January thread to keep me on track

Run today whilst on holiday. I'm on Week 7 Number 3 of C25k so 28 mins running and I could of definitely of gone on so that's exciting.

Given that it's still winter and miserable I think we're all legends for keeping going
Couple of weeks more and we should have fingers crossed some more light and warmth
Think this will all keep the SAD at bay a bit for me

@hobnobsaremyfave you know what, I was just thinking that! I’ve not been very good at taking my vit D3 this winter, but I’m fine, I’m outdoors a few times a day with the dog, I run outdoors 2 times a week, I go to the gym quite a bit, it’s been brilliant.
The only downside is I need a new wardrobe, I lost 10kg, everything is falling off me. 😂

Another gym session done
Just when I thought I was doing well with my mental health have had a crap day with my anxiety
But I am certain that my MH is better in general so it was good motivation to get me there today

I managed 21 this month. Out of 29 is not bad at all and so much more than what I’ve been achieving last year!
So I’m quite happy with that :)
Are we aiming for 24 again in March?

Also managed just under 50km of walking and running in February
Holiday is booked and a half marathon to train for

I managed 21 days of walking/running logged this month which I'm fairly happy with. Not as miles miles as January but have done my steps goal every day and have definitely been more active.

Have decided that I'm a going to sign up for a half marathon this year. It'll be slow and ploddy but feel that I need a goal of some sort.
