I'm 5ft3" and currently weigh 10st 9lb
Down from 10st 13lb in about 5 weeks. My weight has always been up and down.
Reality finally hit me when my dp told me I'm putting on weight an my ds told me I have a big belly! Shock

I don't drink or eat take away food - maybe once a month if that tbh. I'm trying to eat healthier just can't resist chocolate!
I also do aerobics anywhere in between 35mins - 1 hour 30mins depending on how long dd naos for in afternoon. Also try to do some cardio for half hour or if feeling particularly less energetic 1 mile walk (20mins) every other morning

Pre-pregnancy I was 8 stone 2 and am 5”6. Post pregnancy I’m 8 stone 9 (and trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight). Keep going and preserve (although you sound perfectly healthy to me).

Thisnamechanger · 20/11/2018 23:09

5'10 9st2. Trying to get back to 9st but I like pizza and wine too much Grin

Grapetree · 20/11/2018 23:19

5 ft 5.5 and 52/3kg
I probably look ‘ill’ to some but I eat well

I don’t consciously exercise I.e gym or classes, but I do walk a bit I think? —rushing for the train lol—
Also I have bad pcos symptoms so I think that’s why I rarely put on weight (very high testosterone)

sizzledrizz · 20/11/2018 23:19

I am 5ft 5.5. I weighed 57kg a couple of weeks ago at my regular checkup. I'm a size 6 trousers and skirts in Allsaints and Whistles, but size 8 top and dress. In some shops I buy a size 4. I am quite muscular, as in toned, would love to be bigger as in more muscles, but am naturally built this way. I have very defined arms and legs, a soft 4 pack (have had 5 kids), and tight butt. I'm 51. I worry about osteoporosis and arthritis. I love to be active, and would hate for that to end due to health issues.

5'7 and weigh 8st 7lbs
No idea what my bmi is, have been this weight for most of my adult life (4 pregnancies aside)

newyeardelurker · 20/11/2018 23:41

5'7" 65 kg. Eat what I want but no sweet tooth. Late 40s and similar size to 20 years ago. Fairly active, try to run 15k a week, but when I've been either less active or less healthy (takeaways, too much wine) my weight hasn't been affected. Similarly I did weights very regularly for a year and didn't look visibly bigger, more toned yes. Which is all a long way of saying that for me I think weight is pretty set and difficult to change either up or down.

LoveManyTrustfew · 21/11/2018 00:00

54

8 stone 3

BMI 20.3

I lost five and a half stone on the cancer diet three years ago and have kept it off, due to being unable to eat properly anymore.

In fact if I didn't drink wine of an evening, I would be skeletal.

Wordthe · 21/11/2018 00:05

53 years old in good health
7 stone 13
5-ft 2
find it very easy to stay this weight
And can also easily lose weight or gain weight as needed

Waitingonasmiley42 · 21/11/2018 00:12

Put on lots of weight after both pregnancies but have finally lost some of it. Currently around 9 stone 1 most of the time and almost 5 ft 4. Run regularly and try to do weights a few times a week. I would probably look better 4/5 pounds lighter but I don't care enough to restrict diet.

TheOrigBrave · 02/12/2018 08:34

5'8" 8 1/2 stone. A bit underweight.
I exercise a lot.
