I lost weight whilst running bug was calorie counting at the same time. I think it helps keep the weight off as I have a lot more muscle now so my bmr is higher. Running for 30 mins is about a snickers so depends if running makes you hungry and want to eat more bakingnovice.
I think sometimes you just have a bad run fruitpastille, I remember just after I finished the plan I was struggling and aiming for 15 mins before a little walk as I just couldn't manage 30 at all!! Not sure what happened suspect it was mental for me as I no longer had a target, now I run for the love but wasn't then.

I had a 40min run today, almost 7k but didn't want to go further as it was Billy's first run. He was so good, got a bit excited at couple of bikes but after that he didn't bother with any other bikes or dogs. He was at my side almost all the time, my right which is annoying as I generally run at the right of the path but very good running partner so far and he's knackered :)
