A quick practical question about postage please.

I have an ebay business and regularly send packages abroad.
After 31st Jan do I need to put a customs sticker on EU bound parcels? My local Post Master says they've been asking and still haven't been given guidance.

I work for an international courier company and we've been told it's business as usual for the next year. So no customs paperwork etc needed for Europe.
