Hi. We are driving to the French Alps on 24th January and returning on 8th February. Where can I find information regarding any preparations we need to make? Do we need driver permits? Visas? Will the pet passport still work? (Changes to our insurances I can ask the insurers) Will we be allowed to bring our usual few cases of wine and smelly cheese?

Afraid I've been burying my head in the sand and now I need to get up to speed.

Assuming BJ's withdrawal deal passes, nothing will change post brexit. We won't have representation in the EU institutions of course but in everyday terms, you should not notice a difference.

Untill next december, then we could be facing a cliff edge 'no deal' again.

Thank you Danetobe. Nothing at all will change? That's good to know. Smile
