Children's passports

My children's passports expire next February, and I'll need to renew for our holiday next July.

Should I do this before or after Brexit?
What are your thoughts??

You no longer get the extra time added on so why bother renewing early?

Do you like blue or red better?

Better to wait closer to expire date. They used to add months left to new passport, now they don’t so is a waste of money to renew passports early.
