As title really since the last election and subsequent loss of majority the hung parliament has resulted in bickering and in fighting that make my youngsters tantrums seem perfectly reasonable

Soft Brexit seems to be heading our way along with years more wrangling and backstabbing

The one main worry I have is Corbyn and Diane Abbot being in control of a lot more than they are atm , anyone else ?

It is all getting very David Essex in Evita:

Oh what a circus, oh what a show!
The United Kingdom has gone to pot
Over the death of the Brexit of Theresa May
They've all gone crazy, etc...

Agree, it's escalated and it's become petty and about power, and not about brexit and what's best for the country.

I am concerned about a general election, because having one over one hot button issue which is highly divisive is never going to go well and we could end up with a government that is way worse than this one, who I think in a normal state of play would be effective.

The immigration issue basically caused the brexit result and that was a disaster, and I suspect any election which is caused by brexit will be equally as disastrous.

Overall it's shameful how our politicians are behaving, and as much as I was previously impressed by Theresa mays temerity I think she's now in the weeds and has come over all despot in an attempt to win and to retain power.

She should show leadership by being consultative, bringing the MPs with her, this stamping her feet and bullishly focusing on her deal, whilst refusing to 100 percent rule out no deal (although to be fair she is 90 percent there) is seriously damaging to all concerned.

They need to take a deep breath, step back and really try to stop fighting petty politics and attacking each other and simply listen to one another and try to find a mid ground.

the leave vote has opened pandoras box to all sorts of crap where I think the majority of leave voters that I have spoken to wanted an end to the freedom of movement but instantly get called a racist if they dare to suggest it

Its always puzzled me why eastern europeans are willing to up sticks and look for work in another country while a lot of people from the northern end of our country that moan about lack of work and opportunity arent prepared to travel a few hours down the road
