So we have no navigation for our military and domestic navigation from next year

It's not that bad. Satnav will be able to work with the existing satellites although some 'deals' may need updating. These are provided by the USA and Russia and possibly Galileo at the moment. The Galileo project has 'extra' capability built in, such as much greater 'resolution' of positions which would not be available to the UK.
There are always maps available from WH Smith.

I tell that to the military and air travel. Thank god we can spare £100m on our own satellite feasibility study.

Download google maps before March and you will be fine!

No, both the US and the EU systems will provide unencrypted signals which any GPS system can pick up and use, car sat navs etc will all be fine.

The higher end stuff, for the military, and government use will be encrypted and as we will be out of the EU, we won't be given the encryption keys, so the government has decided to spend £100 million just to see how much it would cost to build our own system, which is likely to be between £4-6 billion (and the government has such a brilliant track record of coming in on budget...)

Buy a map 🙄😩

Use a map. An actual paper map. Which you should have anyway. I am hopeless at directions and rely on Satnav. I can just stop relying on it if I have to. Because I have had to for most of my life.
