Those 'in the know': what do you think the actual chances are of a referendum on a Final Deal? If likely, then what might the question look like?

I know this will attract speculation, but I was just wondering if we have civil servants/journalists on here who might be privy to more insider goings-on than us mere mortals?

I suppose I've just felt a bit more hopeful lately that we'll get some kind of say in the matter, like there's a tiny chink of light at the end of the Brexit tunnel.

I could also be completely wrong about this.

So nobody has any dealings within government/civil service or can give us a picture of how things stand right now?

Nobody knows, lots of speculation and confusion at the moment, anything could happen, at least that’s what I’ve heard from civil servants / politician friends.

Thanks missmoon. Are politicians waiting for a sign? What would be the critical thing to change the course and stay in the EU?
