Daily Mail misrepresenting 'EU rules' - again

Tesco refused to allow Laura Leeks, 34, a refunded parking voucher
She had gone to Braintree store to buy formula milk for her baby
Can't breastfeed her four-month-old son after his lifesaving heart surgery
Under UK law, Tesco said it can't give price reductions on customers just buying infant formula milk.
Now this is a blatant misrepresentation as it is the international code on breast milk substitutes that prevents vouchers such as the one n the article being handed out when purchasing breast milk substitutes such as formula.

Where can I complain about this editorial misrepresentation? thank you.

What I understand from the other thread is that there has been an EU ruling on it as well, and that UK is currently bound by that (something to do with how EU and national laws interact?). And it is of course true that post-Brexit it will be a matter for a Parliament.

That does not of course mean it goes away, because of UN obligations. So to that extent aim I agree it's misleading.

When I feel like reading the news I read everything - Mail, Express, Sun, Guardian, Times, The Independent, Daily Star, Mirror ...

I enjoy the full spectrum. I like to keep an open mind and be aware of all the perspectives ..
