Devolution was good for Scotland & Wales.
NI I know leas about.
I voted for Scottish Devolution.
But it has fyelled Nationalism in England.
Not Scots fault. But living in England I can understand some of the fruatrations.
Don't blame the EU but. The blame for this lies directly at the British Govt.
