Is this if we leave? If we do leave does that mean no negotiation to still be part of the EU single market?

He said what we got in Feb is it, nowt else. In fact legally some of what we got in Feb could be challenged.
So no the UK can't have any more reforms/concessions from the UK.
Don't believe any pin to the contrary - read the eu press.

Juncker said there will be no renegotiation on the EU deal Cameron secured in February so UK cannot use a Brexit vote to secure better terms of membership. This does not prevent future agreement between EU members on reform.

no. eu is about democracy and fairness and equality.
of course if things need to be improved or changed they can be talked through and negotiated.

They need us more than we need them. If it does go Brexit tonight, they'll be back with an offer. Although I think it'll probably be remain in the end - just can't tell at this point!
