Buckingham Palace would neither confirm nor deny that the Queen had been debating the merits of Brexit in private, but royal sources pointed out that the words attributed to the Queen were "a question not a statement".

I'll tell you exactly what the Queen is voting for.

SHE ISN'T VOTING.

She can in theory vote but in practice does not, because its consider unconstitutional to do so.

I am surprised Charles hasn't said anything though

maybe he has been threated with will's being the next king if he opens his mount
